📱Scannable Mobile App Update - Version 3.0

We’ve refreshed the Inventory tab to make it easier to find what you need and manage equipment in bulk from your phone. You can now choose how to view your inventory using four tabs:

• Items – View a full list of everything you own in one place
• Folders – Browse all your folders in one place and quickly see what’s inside each one
• Categories – Quickly filter your inventory by product type (for example, harnesses or carabiners). Categories are automatically derived from manufacturer data, so you don’t need to recreate folders for item types
• Labels – View your labels and all items tagged with each label

Groups are now called Labels

• Labels are designed for flexible grouping, allowing a single item to have multiple labels. This makes it easy to tag equipment by use case (for example: PPE, rigging, or lifting) without affecting where the item is stored.

  Labels work alongside Folders, which provide structure to your inventory:

• Folders reflect real-world structure, such as locations, vehicles, and kit bags

• An item can only exist in one folder at a time, mirroring physical reality

• Labels let you organise and review equipment independently of location

  Together:

  • Folders show where equipment lives
  • Labels show how equipment is used
  • Categories are automatically generated from manufacturer data

Multi-Add to Inventory

You can now add multiple items of the same product in a single flow, scanning serials and linking NFC tags as you go. After adding items, you can review and manage them in bulk.
